The registration for the Ex Ordo conference takes place from 7th December 2017 to 24th March 2017. Early Bird fees apply until 10th of February 2017.

Prices are in HUF (hungarian forint, Ft). If significant fluctuations in the exchange rates occur in the course of the registration period, then new Ft amounts might be applied accordingly.
The registration fee (except the accompanying person fee) covers the following
– the cost of attending the conference (including lunches and coffees during the conference days),
– the Civic Reception & the Gala Dinner,
– the IRSPM Membership Fee for 2017.
If opting for the student registration, student status must be confirmed by a letter from your Head of Department. (Please send the confirmation letter to email@example.com.)
IRSPM membership will be checked with the IRSPM Secretariat.
Guide to the registration and payment process
Below you can find all necessary information about the registration.
1. LOGGING IN TO THE EX-ORDO SYSTEM
The registration and payment process runs exclusively through the Ex Ordo system which can be reached at: https://irspm2017.exordo.com/. We do not accept registration vie e-mail, postal letter, etc.
If you have already created your user account in Ex Ordo (for example, for submitting your abstract) then please login with the same e-mail.
If you are new to IRSPM2017.exordo.com then please create a new Ex-Ordo user account as a first step: simply enter the e-mail you want to register with and follow the steps. After registering your Ex-Ordo user account, you will be redirected directly to the Ex-Ordo main page, no confirmation link will be sent by e-mail.
2. REGISTER TO ATTEND
After logging in to IRSPM2017.exordo.com, click on the „Register to Attend” button at “Your to dos”. You will be redirected to the “Online Registration” page. You can start your registration under the “Conference Registration” part.
For each Ex-Ordo user account one person can be registered only (no group registrations).
3. ONLINE REGISTRATION
Select your registration fee type and select the necessary „Accompanying person” option too if you wish to bring one or two person(s) with you. Accompanying persons are welcomed at the Civic Reception and the Gala Dinner, but they cannot participate in the academic part of the conference.
Please note that the registration fees published earlier were converted into Hungarian currency (HUF or forint, abbreviated as “Ft”) using the exchange rates in effect at the beginning of the registration period. However, if significant fluctuations in the exchange rates occur in the course of the registration period, then new Ft amounts might be applied accordingly.
If you are done, then check the selected options and click on the “Continue” button. You will be redirected to the “Additional Registration Details” page. If you want to go back previous page, simply jump to the previous page in your browser.
4. ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION DETAILS
Please provide these information in the form in which you would like see them on your conference badge. Leaving any of these fields empty will result that these information will not appear on your conference badge.
Please provide the requested information for billing. The address will appear on your registration invoice.
– Address Line 1: name of the street/square/etc. and the house number
– Address Line 2: floor, door, room, etc.
– City/Town: please provide the ZIP code too
If you are done, then check the entered information click on the “Continue” button. You will be redirected to the “Online Registration Checkout” page.
5. ONLINE REGISTRATION CHECKOUT
Please check accurately all the information on this page.
– Name: Your name as you provided at the creation of your Ex-Ordo user account. (Not as you provided at the Delegate Badge part during the conference registration.)
– Email: Your e-mail as you provided at the Ex-Ordo user account registration.
– Billing Address: The billing address as you provided at the Billing Address part during the conference registration.
By entering an e-mail address, here you can specify a billing email address (different than the e-mail which ou created your Ex-Ordo user account with). Clicking on the “Do not send an invoice/receipt to the delegate” option will result that e-mail address which the Ex-Ordo user account has been created with will not receive an invoice.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
You have to select the “I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this registration” option in order to proceed. Clicking on the “terms and conditions” part you will be redirected to the conference website (opens on a new page), where you can read the terms and conditions.
Click on the “Update” button at the bottom of the page, if you want to change the selected fee and accompanying person option.
Click on the “Update Additional Details” button at the bottom of the page, if you want to change the billing addressand the additional details.
6. SELECTING PAYMENT OPTION AND MAKING PAYMENT
Basically we have two option for payment: paying via debit card / credit card OR paying vita bank transfer. We strongly recommend these options. If you would like to pay in a different way, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
If you click on the “Pay with a Debit or Credit Card” you will be redirected to the Paypal payment site of the event’s organiser body, Danube Non-Profit LLC. (You will see “You Are Being Transferred to PayPal” inscription on the page during that.)
On the PayPal payment site you can choose options:
– “Log in”: make payment with your PayPal account (if you have any) OR
– “Check out as a Guest”: make payment with a credit or debit card (without logging in to PayPal)
PAY BY BANK TRANSFER
If you click on the “Pay by Bank Transfer” you will be redirected to page where we provide the data needed to make a bank transfer. At the same time you receive a “Registration Invoice” e-mail to your mailbox you provided at the Ex-Ordo user account registration.

Please indicate your invoice number while making a bank transfer. You invoice number can be found in the “Registration Invoice” part of the Registration Invoice e-mail you’ve received.
PLEASE DO NOT TRANSFER EURO OR OTHER FOREIGN CURRENCIES (NOT FORINT) TO THE ABOVE ACCOUNT. WE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT THAT AND IN SUCH A CASE WE ARE UNDER THE NECESSITY OF SENDING THE AMOUNT BACK, CHARGING THE COSTS OF TRANSFERS ON YOU. IF YOU WISH TO MAKE THE PAYMENT IN A CURRENCY OTHER THAN HUNGARIAN FORINTS THEN PLEASE CONTACT THE LOCAL ORGANIZERS (IRSPM2017@UNI-CORVINUS.HU) FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
We will adjust your registration to “Completed” status after we received your payment.

VIEW INVOICE AND CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD
You can view your invoice by clicking on the “View Invoice” button at the “Online Registration Checkout” page.
You can change your payment method from Bank Transfer to Debit/Credit Card via PayPal, before making a bank transfer. In order to this, click on the “View Invoice” button at the “Online Registration Checkout” page and then clicking on the “Pay Outstanding Balance” button.
LOGGING OUT FROM EX-ORDO BEFORE PAYMENT
We strongly recommend to arrange your payment as soon as you can (preferably by Debit/Credit Car via PayPal), because if new Ft amounts applied (due to significant fluctuations in the exchange rates or expiration of the Early Bird period), your fee selection will be erased, and you have to restart the registration process. Only the date of the succesful payment via PayPal (or date of launching the bank transaction) is considered as the date of the registration (regarding the applicability of Early Bird / Late Bird fees too), irrespectively to any action in Ex-Ordo system or anywhere else.
